I ordered 3 outfits. Received 3 outfits but 2 were the same. I started emailing on 11/26/18 the day I got the order to let them know they shipped my order wrong. At first they responded and wanted pics of the outfit still in the original packaging which it was because I had 2 of the same ones, so I sent them. Then no response. I kept emailing and sending messages on their Facebook page and got no response from them. Then today 1/11/19 I get an email saying sorry for the delay but no holiday outfits can me returned now. WHAT! I tried to return it in November. This is a horrible way to do business.
