I have a faulty PowerAcharging station for Xbox. It is within their 2 year guarantee. Contacted them and was promised a replacement. 2 months go by and nothing, so i make several attempts to contact them again. They only seem to answer customers when they feel like it, and if you have a problem then be prepared to be ignored completely. When i did eventually persevere and make contact they say a decision was made after promising me a replacement not to replace my charger. They don't even bother their *** contacting the customer to tell them they changed their minds. These people are the most clueless, arrogant and incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. Absolutely shocking, stay away from PowerA products.
