My wife had surgery on her sickness policy, filled out all claim forms, call five times to check on status, all five had a different answer, now another form was needed, never mentioned before, one and a half months and nothing. The agents know nothing, just guessing. Send me another form to fill out and its the same one already submitted. Its pitiful to be out of work with no income and get the runaround just to stall you. Wonder whats the next item to submit.....our eviction notice ! User's recommendation: Better forget it !!!
