I set up an ad to find employees for 30 days. Someone at that company, or their computer system, set me up on auto-renew. Unbelievable !!! I did not keep an eye on them and they continued to charge for several month of service that I did not commit to. They also over sold the number of candidates that they had in my area, Seattle. The candidate pool turned out to be miscue. Honestly, if you want control over the amount of time that your ad runs, use Indeed. Their pool of employees for my trade was not much better but the ad and the billing stops on the date that you set up.
