I wrote the wrong surname on the order

When I ordered these items I wrote my mom's last name on the order description but I was at my dads place and since my parents are divorced means I have two last names. I have logged in to Shane using my mom's last name. Now I can't receive the package I don't know how to change the name and I can't get my money back.
