I would not recommend Voya

1

I rolled over my 401K to Voya. That was a mistake. After a discussion with my Voya Financial Planner we put my 401K funds into four 3 year CDs. That was a year ago and I just found out that one of them got redeemed yesterday two years before the CD maturity. I called Voya and apparently the company they got the CD from had the option to do this if CD rates go lower. Voya never told me about this. I have owned many CDs and they were always good until maturity. Why would they even generate CDs like this for their clients
