After speaking with 3 different people to try and figure out why I wasnt able to get some channels, I was told that I would have to upgrade my subscription. I was offered one for $11/monthly, one for $16/monthly but either of those worked. I was then offered one for $20/monthly which works. I fing it somewhat interesting that the more expensive one worked and even more interesting that I had lost some high-definition channels. However, it is what it is, apparently! User's recommendation: Run through your channels and make a list of them all so if suddenly you no longer get one, you are able to be more specific about which one.
