I won’t say until after I speak with someone.

I just received my glasses yesterday and they are not correct! I have waited on the phone with the message that the wait time was 7 minutes, then 8 minutes, and then I was told that they were closed! This was at 9:30 Central time. So I am trying to talk with someone about my options. When I ordered these, I spent time with someone who is thorough and we double checked everything. Now I have these glasses which are so wrong that I can't see out of them. What are my options? I can try the phone again but just feel helpless and hopefully not stuck with these incorrect glasses.
