I was stranded in TX from AZ without fuel because customer service couldn’t unlock my debit card. She said it wasnt locked. I had to borrow money to get back to AZ.

Customer service told me my card wasn't locked and it was. I was stranded in TX and from AZ! I had to borrow money for fuel and slept in my truck at a truck stop! I made it to my bank in Casa Grande and they said it was LOCKED and UNLOCKED it! Calls are not answered for hours!!!!!!!!!!! No return secure messages!!!!!!! Chat won't open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is horrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now my SS disability checks are on suspension because I need verification and cannot contact the fxxxxxg bank unless I make another trip up there 1 1/2 hours round trip to Casa Grande! Shirly McDonald User's recommendation: Worst Customer Service!
