I bought some running boards, which had one bolt missing, I either had to pay someone to take them back off, or back a new hardware kit, they wouldn't sell me one bolt, the hardware cost 53.00, the running boards were 115.00, do the math, I was sent the wrong hardware, so I sent it back, but I had to pay for the shipping, which was 13.00, leaving me with a refund of 40.00, even after receiving information that I sent it back, I had to wait till they received it, processed it on there side, before I got my refund, which now was 28.00, why I was cheated out of the full refund, I don't know, since I still didn't get anydo your homework with this company first, ask thourghly about there policies was sent my refund, t
