I was over charged and my bank account was compromised because of incompentent workers

Good Morning, My name is Delores Mosley and I booked a room in March 2021 for a vacation from July 19 thru July 24 2021. My visa card was held for the room and on July 19 2021 $352.92 was taken for the first night then when we came to the hotel Gail Kennedy who shared the room gave your desk worker 882.30 in cash, my card was charged 529.38 plus the 100.00 for security which I was supposed to get back at check out. Later that evening I was called to come down to the front desk they told me they made a mistake and charged my card 882.30 twice but they send they turned it around, I was so devastated so I asked them what about the 629.38 they said they think it went through. So this was Monday, everyday I was promised it would be corrected I called my bank they verified the transactions that were reversed than taken out again. Thursday I spoke to the Manager Lauren and to the accountant there they said it would be cleared. This left me with $188.00 for my whole stay because my account was empty. The manager said she would give me a day back for my trouble. My room mate Gail Kennedy had an issue and they gave her a check for 305.00 on Thursday. But my account is still not right they gave me back a portion of my money but not all of it on yesterday. This is a copy of my bank statement bottom line I was only supposed to pay 529.38 not 882.00 I would like all of my money back for the room this was very unacceptable and and stressful. Besides all of that I had bills coming out of my account and was charged overdraft fees because my money was not there. I started my vacation out with 2200.00 and ended up with 188.00 to spend because of incompentant workers.
