I arrived to the store at 8pm and one of the female associates refused to let me grab some vegan cookies that my pregnant wife was craving. I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. Her name was Samantha. Even one of the customers who was still shopping asked her to let me grab what I need quickly, but she continuously refused to let me shop. Her actions were not professional. According to Aldi policy, I should not be refused service once I am inside the store.
