Yes I've sent this complaint in twice with pissed consumer, I've also tried multiple times to contact the Regional manager Jeff Collier and still haven't heard nothing from anyone at Cookout. I will not tolerate being disrespected, bullied and belittled because the manager in the Oxford location wants to discriminate me because I'm a different color and race. I will contact a lawyer and fight Cookout on this situation, especially since I've tried multiple times in a professional manner to contact and address the issue with my regional manager and the manager on duty in Oxford.
