I wanted refund because it was wrong vendor

They refused to give me back a refund even though I had just made the purchase by accident I explained that I didnt mean to purchase their services but they indicated they would charge me $15 to process a refund. I refused this remedy and stated I would dispute charge with credit card company User's recommendation: Don’t purchase from them.
