Yes. I contacted PUt last Fri. After holding for 15 mins, a man frm the nat'l line picked up. I advised I wanted the restaurant. Then a young lady picked up at local restaurant on Two Notch Rd. She advised tht there was a 2 hr wait. I asked if I could speak w/ mgr b/c I am a regular customer. She advised tht the female mgr on duty was very busy. I insisted. She spoke to the mgr &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; returned to the phone & said tht she was putting me on hold. Her voice sounded funny. In a split, I sensed that I was back on the long hold again & 10 mins later I hung up. I cb & held 10 mins more & then hung up. Shirley McClure. putting me on hold
