This is the 2nd year in a row i have filed taxes with Jackson Hewitt and there will not be a third! The wrong EIN and employer name was put on my taxes and I received a letter from the IRS stating i would not get my refund for atleast 60 days. All because Jackson Hewitt is completly incompetent to pay attention to what they are doing. Last year we had problems as well but with the seve card. I have made a complaint with the BBB. I never even received a call from anybody after letting customer service know what was going on. I am completely disappointed in this so called tax service i could have done them correctly myself but do not have time, because i work a full time job and have four kids. User's recommendation: Do not go to Jackson Hewitt.
