I switched services from boost mobile to metro pcs. I had $150.00 on my boost account when i switched. They said it would be refunded 7-10 days and today is the 11th day. So i called them and they said they have lost the payment contact my.bank. my bank has nothing to do with them losing my money. So i still havent got refunded! User's recommendation: Do not use this service.
