I signed for free shipp and y’all are charging me 13.00 a month on my ctedit card want to cancrl

I ordered a custom Jersey for a Christmas gift and i thought i would get free shipping, but instead it said to sign up for free shipping and y'all are charging my credit card 13.00 a month and that is the only time i had ordered. I want to cancel the free shipping that's 13.00 a month on my credit card.
