I reserved a truck and was informed the day of pick-up, none were available

Yesterday, I called U Haul to reserve a 10' truck and to ensure that all was well, I used my lunch hour to go and check on the reservation in person. I was informed that I could get the truck today at 7:00am. I received a call at 7:00am from U Haul informing me that they do not have any trucks and on top of that, my on line reservation was wrong. Pissed customer, August, GA!! User's recommendation: Purchase your own truck.
