Good day. Why do I have to pay for taxes while I paid for my order and delivery. Why was I not told about this. Now my parcel is on hold. Why ddnt SHEIN pay for taxes. Why ddnt SHEIN pay for the taxes that I now have to pay before I receive my parcel. Please send me an email address or where I can send the proof that I payed for the taxes that I need refund for. I tried to send this text on the SHEIN app customer service but to no reply User's recommendation: They don’t have a specific platform for complaints.
