I never received my order.but afterpay keeps taking money out my account

I ordered a outdoor Rattan wicker 4 piece set back on June 12th and still haven't gotten it..It was suppose to be here June 15-24.i went though afterpay to buy it they keep taking money from my bank account when I dont have my order.Id like to know when will I get it r I want my money back
