I need to make changes to a order

I am trying to get ahold of someone there so I can make changes to my order it's very important I tried calling him I was on hold the first time for 20 minutes nobody answered called the second time 10 minutes nobody came on third time 25 minutes nobody came on don't know what's going on but I need to make these changes to my order I don't want to receive the wrong stuff
