I did not get a copy of any kind of statement baring my name and address. Qlink just kept telling me to download my Usage Statement online. Which would be fine but it doesn't show my address on it, which is what my online bank is requiring to unlock my bank account. Since Qlink cannot provide me something wth my name and address, I am still locked out of my account wth no access to my $. Plus the call kept disconnecting and I'd have to call back and start the very lengthy process of talking to an actual person. Im not happy at all. Seems like it should be easy to send an email to me wth the info I requested. User's recommendation: GOOD LUCK.
