I’m complaining about Game store carnival mall

Good day. I am Nokulunga Ngubeni. I brought in my sons bicycle at game store carnival mall and was assisted by Florence at customer service on the 18th May 2021. I bought the bicycle on the 30th of March and was broken on the front wheel... When I brought it in, I was told I would be contacted on the Thursday to let me know on what measures or how long it will take for it to be fixed... I have tried to call the store and was told it will take 21 days for it to be fixed. And when I call, I'm told it's not done. I spent my hard earned money on this bicycle, for it to break with a month of use. And for the store not to take my complaint seriously is not good. I'm tired of waiting on them. My son was hurt when that bicycle broke... It's either I get my fixed bicycle back or money, because I can't keep on calling them. And the service was poor, considering they are a big store. I have bought a lot of items from game, never have I experienced such. Please assist.
