I was on vacation and missed my payment of July and went online to pay it on the 18th of this month and my bill is over 500$ I still have not been able to talk to anyone but I have left messages for someone to contact me.I am wanting to pay for last month and this month but I have no option online to pay the correct amount . I am now past due as my payment is on the 21st of this month.Can someone email or call me to resolve this before I have to pay a late payment
