For 6 years I had this company clean my roof and clean out my house gutters twice a year. They decided to stop cleaning my gutters and not lower the price. I was promised they wouldn't use chlorine and even inside my house smelled like a swimming pool when they left. The mess left behind stained my gutters, ruined a shirt and towel I had laying on a patio table, and put white streaks on my windows. I called to complain and German Joe says the only thing his company does is put the chemical on the roof. They don't do anything else. I asked what he was going to do about my ruined shirt and towel, and was told it wasn't supposed to be there. They said they were coming 3 weeks earlier and didn't. This business is not recommended. I found out my neighbors also had bad experiences with German Joe, including a yard full of dead plants from the straight chlorine they put on their roof. Absolutely ridiculous.
