I just need to talk over the phone
I got a new debit card because I lost it I thought I synced the new one because I was getting rides this past Friday I couldnt get home and I noticed up too I had five rides not paid for so I went to apply the new card it kept saying unauthorized not sure how that happened because my card worked so I called my bank and after I got off the phone reinstalled Uber they said my account is disabled because I owed money i have the money not like I never did but if you guys didnt enable someone to take five rides without paying wouldnt be this issue thats occurring I didnt get any notification that I havent paid until I couldnt last minute then my account is deactivated
