I have sent 2 emails, per instructions, and Walmart sent 1 on instructions/return labels for returning mattress topper which was too soft.

Enclosed card says 10 days to return, no questions. Sent email day after arrival as did Walmart, sent 2nd email. Now 7 days and no contact from Mecor. Will not buy anything in the future that goes thru this company. They DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISE! Apparently, no professional ethics.Do not User's recommendation: Avoid purchasing products thru this company.
