I have never received a response.

I have never had a good connection for charging my Blend Jet. It has always required me wiggling the power cord and getting it just right in order for it to charge. Now, it has finally stopped charging. I have reached out to this company and have never received a reply. I am including the email receipt for when this was purchased.
