I have made my order two weeks ago and never receive any confirmation email. I tried to call so many times and only answering machine. I left them so many message and never get a call back. Luckily i kept calling and a lady picked up. Payment solved and still haven't received any confirmation email. Suddenly i received two email saying that two of my products was out of stock!!!. and when i call them they said that the other items which is in stock was already ship when i dont' even want them at the first place. ( the throw that was out of stock all in a sudden was the first thing i really want to buy) They said that they can't stop the shipping and i have to pay my own shipping if i want to return the shipment. This company is not organize and seems like only person is running the whole customer service department. If you were lucky, you may get what you want!
