I have issue with my supplie , they give me not correct information I need a refund it’s my right

The suppler give me not correct information about wight and size of my order which is not accurate and then the shipping cost me more than what we agreed on I already pay full payment for my order but I cant ship since they give me wrong information about it ( I need refund only ) . Please Thanks
