We ordered our appliances from PC Richards in December 2020 and we are still waiting for our Cafe' 48" duel fuel range. We can not obtain our certificate of occupancy until I have the range. I was told there was a model change and that was the issue. We are life long GE customers, the home we are leaving has the cafe' appliance as well. Our kitchen was designed around the Cafe' series and the missing range is preventing us from moving in and we don't know what to do at this time. please help us as I am receiving chemo and we need to move in to our home so I can recooperate.
