I am trying to get a replacement part for a dining set recently purchased. Their website is not user friendly. I can not find a replacement site or email site to contact them. Each link takes you back to their company page. I finally found a phone # left 2 msgs and no return call. Called the next day and they are closed for a company event. I dont care if it is an email or a phone call. I would like contact to resolve my issue. User's recommendation: furniture is great. Customer service - not so easy to contact.
