I have medical policy with United health care.part of their policy is a hundred dollar a month over the counter meds plus 30.00 a month for help in buying healthier foods, I have been calling them since FEB.3rd trying to get my card.I have been told 7 times they have sent me card and it is being returned as undeliverable.I have lived here 13 years and my mail carrier says he has never returned any of my mail.THis month I found a web address That I had never seen before.When I signed into it it clearly states benifit denied as I was not eligable.I called them a week ago and they appoliged and said they would get a card right out to me.Nine days later, still no card and my account status has not changed.I have no paper evidence to show you has every thing has been over the phone.I can show proof of my benifits if i have too.
