I got an email, that is now gone, that they had charged my bank account $496 for some kind of backup on a computer that I bought 16 years ago. Then they put back to much money and then they emptied my bank account. I was told to get 5 - $500 gift cards from Walmart and text them pictures of the data on the back of the cards or I would not get any of my money back. This is still happening today, still no money.
