My package was held for almost 2 weeks and no reason was given. However, when I tried to call there was no one to speak to, hence I believe this was totally unacceptable. Your company had my telephone number and email, and despite this there was no communication except the first which said the package would be delivered. User's recommendation: Do not use DHL as this is a waste of time.
