I have been dealing with this company for a year or two, with no problems until NOW.

I placed an order online on March 16th. They had been letting you know when the order was shipped out. After this order, I heard nothing, so I called after 3 days. I was told that there was a problem with the Warehouse, but that it would be shipped out shortly on Monday the 22nd. That never happened. I contacted them again on Tuesday, still "The Warehouse problem". Today is March 24th, and I have STILL not heard anything from this company. They immediately charge you on the 16th, on your Credit card, and then keep you hanging for all this time for your merchandise. I want to add, that in the past it went out within 2 to 3 days after the order was placed.
