I'm not complaining at all it's a compliment I have one of your coolers that has lasted for that long 25 years maybe a little longer That's a good thing. You guys must get yelled at a lot. User's recommendation: I don't know if they make them as good as the old ones I've had mine so long I haven't bought a new one in years?
