I had big problems with the customer service in this company. I made an order and as a result, I needed to have the refund but they sent me the wrong one. They didn't send me a refund after I tried to connect with them a lot of times. I think they have sent me the wrong refund on purpose because they are just liars. The first time I tried to speak with someone is through an email message and I needed to made I called to get my message answered. And even after such an effort, the response was not relevant. I wanted to talk to the manager directly but they just kept sending me meaningless emails. I used their services and that is their gratitude. I will tell everyone about this fraud neither I nor my family or my friends will not longer buy from the company. All I want from the company is to get my money back and never have business with them again.
