I feel I was mislead on a refund and free tv

On March 25th I purchased a lazyboy livingroom outfit paying cash for a special order. First of all the sales lady had told me 20% off for which it still came to $3500. When the desk was ringing me up a manager called and told her it could only be 15%! So she first told me i would need to make out another check over the 5%. I refused and said i'd take my business elsewhere, i'm not sure what she did but she was able to accept the amount on my check. As all of this was going on she told me if there was a better sale within 30 days they'd give me the difference. They did have 25% off twice within the 30 days. I also received a brochure for a free 50" tv that i'd receive after the delivery of my furniture. Actually I'd receive an email in reguards to it. Well needless to say my furniture was delivered March 11th and i still have not received my refund or email! I've made several phone calls to my sales lady and also to the the artvancustomercare to no prevail. The last i spoke with her she was going to check on both the refund and the tv. I am not very happy with this hole situation and guarantee i will take my business elsewhere. Jan Carr
