I don’t like the service I want a refund not 30 fee

I purchased my furniture 7/28/18 I was told I would have it in six weeks. I was not contacted for 8 weeks due to a mix up on the stores end. I came in to pay it off today and was told of extra fees from the finance company I used in your store. I explained that I would be paying the balance today. The company was not honest with the terms or the fact that it is rent a center. I was told I could cancel the order with Marlo first and would receive a refund. At that time your store manager told me I would have to pay %30 to cancel on furniture I have not yet received. And the contract was broken when I was not contacted for 8weeks
