I couldn’t get any response in asking them to change my email address

This didn't work, but messaging them on FB did. They emailed me back today at my old email address and said they changed it and that I should follow their instructions to also change my password. When that didn't work, I tried my old email and password and found they still had me listed with my old email and had not changed it. User's recommendation: Don't deal with Sears, they suck.
