I can’t watch espn i have the blue package

It says I have ESPN with this package... I set it up. And it tells me I have to upgrade. But I purposely picked the blue package cause it said it gives me ESPN. I am an NBA fan. I am saddened because I cannot watch the playoffs. User's recommendation: Please make sure you get what you see in your package.
