Can't log into my account. I don't know what the problem is I've called and spoke to people I have redownloaded the app and nothing is working I cannot use this mobile app I'm not sure why I have been able to use it but all day today it's told me that my social security number is not connected with any account services through this company I do have a money account app and a money account card but cannot access it
