I cannot open and close my kia sportage with my smart key

my KIA sportage 2021 smart key cannot lock and open the car . if it locks too it is only the driver side door that gets locked . The rest of the doors will not lock . When engine is on and smart key comes out of the car , there is no response from the car to indicate that.
