I bought a pair of UGG Bailey bow boots size 6 I receive them in a size 5 I have been trying to contact Dress link for days and with no luck I keep getting a answering machine which the voicemail box is full I just want the size boots that I ordered!!! I would like for Jess link to contact me my order number was DLN766B1C. I cannot believe the lack of customer service this company has I would not recommend them to anyone .
