I would tell you about all and everything and it is happening everyday right under the owners and founders noses, and they are destroying lives and credit reputations to rip probably thousands every day, and using people as lawyers that are suing these customers/ cards holders to fool courts to win lawsuits and then we get stuck paying them for the money/credit they stole in the first place, and then only to have to repay what they accused us of. I have even realized a couple of trustworthy employees that tried to help me with the information about what they knew these criminals were doing to us , either got rid of them some way or another to shut them up.. I was rail roaded in court by a because I didn't have an attorney. User's recommendation: Don't trust anyone at Capital One, don't let your guard down, they will find a way to sue over the fraud they commit against your accounts..
