I am tracking a replacement phone

Cannot talk to a human. The system did not recognize my telephone number on the phone that I sent in for replacement. I think they lost my order. Crappiest service company that I have ever dealt with. I was also sold a repair service on all of my electronic equipment that did not really cover my phone on issues that I had problems with in the past. I had to cancel it .
