I am owed $210.32 I don’t know how to get it back.

On July 8 my account was closed. I am an Uber driver. I call a couple of times. They are currently holding $210.32 of my money. I can't get anybody from customer service to tell me when I am going to get it back. The money came from Uber. I ask them to send it back to them. They are very rude, and they act like it is their money. User's recommendation: Uber driver don’t use GoBank.
