My laptop gave me the option of using my password or a four digit code to access it, Ive used the four digit code for 5 years and forgot my password. Xtra-pc will not allow me onto my laptop by using my 4 digit code and Ive tried every password I can think of to get in. What can I do to get your product to accept my digit code or what can I do to gain access back into my laptop? This never happened before Xtra-pc User's recommendation: No recommendation as of now.
